Sadly, our friends in the Met have a tendency to arrest him for criminal damage and public order offences, which I find rather sad.

Very proud of myself today: took the car out for exercise (flat battery last year when too ill for too long); timed it to perfection; only needed painkiller en route home.

Napped. Gossiped with MP.

Then J next door (well done K on your choice of tenants, you've come up trumps this time) helped get everything packed back into the shed. There's enough room for a potting/writing table. Told you. And the dining room no longer looks like, well, a shed.
