Had a complicated time with my dressing yesterday, and counted down the hours until my lovely Nurse could resolve it and reassure me this morning, both of which she has.  Reaching the end of my tether with it all.  Let it be over and something approximating to normality resume.

Breast Clinic check-up tomorrow, which I am presuming will be very routine and very dull.
