Spent the last two hours of yesterday on the sofa, not at my desk. Slower. Wonderful. AP phoned from Crestone, really, really helped.

Slept 6 1/2hrs; woken by the cat, not vice versa. 20 mins on the yoga mat - a triumph (haven't managed more than three breaths the last few days). Aiming for sofa:desk:hospital ratio today of 2:1:0. Have set timer on myself at desk to bleep after an hour.
